1. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Drawing will be held on or about October 1, 2010. Only one entry per email will be entered.
2. Unless otherwise specified, only legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to participate in contests.
3. Unless otherwise specified, contests are open to the general public except for employees of the Scuttlebutts and their immediate family members.
5. Potential contest winners will be selected by Scuttlebutts in its sole discretion through a random selection.
6 . The $50 gift certificate is awarded “as is.” Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash or other prizes. Winners will be notified via email that they have won the drawing. Proper identification must be presented by any winner to claim prize at Scuttlebutts, 431 River Street, Rochester, NY 14612.
7. By entering in the contest, each participant agrees to receive email communications from Scuttlebutts regarding future events and promotions. Any participant that opts-out of these mailings will also remove themselves from the contest.
